Key Benefits

Authentic Wood Appearance The sanded WPC outer skin faithfully replicates the grain and warmth of stained hardwood across a wide 6 1/4″ usable face, creating a seamless wood-look cladding system that is visually indistinguishable from natural timber.
Non-Combustible Certified non-combustible per ASTM E-136 (appendix), making the Vertigo 5010 suitable for commercial, multi-family, and high-rise projects where exterior cladding fire performance is code-critical.
Zero Maintenance Unlike natural wood cladding, the Vertigo 5010 never needs staining, sealing, or painting. It resists UV fading, moisture infiltration, and weathering without any periodic treatment throughout its full service life.
Performance The aluminum alloy core provides a high lateral secondary moment of 122.03 cm⁴ along the board’s length axis, with a thermal expansion coefficient of 23.4 μm/m/°C ensuring long-term dimensional stability in all climates.
Stocked in the USA All four standard colors are warehoused in the US with no minimum order, enabling fast fulfillment for projects of any size — from single-family homes to large commercial developments.

Installation Overview

Fastening #4 stainless steel screws, maximum 24″ on center. Boards may be mounted directly to a solid substrate or over furring strips with a drainage plane. A drainage plane is strongly advised for all applications.
Orientation Can be installed horizontally, vertically, or diagonally. Install top course first for wall cladding. Use 2-piece Starter (J-trim 9321) at perimeter terminations for both wall and soffit applications.
Joint reveal Leave a minimum 1/8″ (3 mm) gap between butt joints to allow for expansion and contraction. Maximum reveal between boards is 7/16″ (12 mm).
Cutting Use a fine-tooth carbide blade suitable for aluminum composite profiles. Boards may be ripped (cut along their length) as needed. Deburr cut edges before installation.
Corners Outside corners may be mitered (caution: mitered corners may be sharp) or finished with the Geolam Outside Corner trim piece (9322). See CAD drawings for full detail.
